השף רוני עבד במסעדות משובחות רבות בתל אביב, ירושלים, מלבורן ופריז.
לאחר 10 שנים בענף המסעדנות, רוני החליט להפוך את התשוקה שלו לבישול ואירוח לעסק משגשג.
תמיד בוחן מטבחים ושיטות בישול חדשות. המתכונים שלו ייחודיים וטעימים, והשירותים שלו פשוט ללא תחרות.

"I explained Roni what I was looking for - a homely place to celebrate with 15 friends, eat well, put on music, drink and most of all feel free and comfortable.
Roni managed to produce for us a perfect experience! We all felt comfortable just like his family members. The food was accurate and delicious. Roni's fish dishes (mostly on the fire) were really tasty!
